Yesterday i bought a Blackberry Curve 8520 and signed up for the Orange sim only (300mins & unlimited texts) on top of this i added the blackberry bolt on for an extra 5. When I got home I connected to my wireless internet and went on Facebook and registered my E-mail account to my phone so I receive my e- mails on the go. What i want to know is when i have been Facebook will the charge come out of my 500mb a month internet fair usage policy or will it be free beacause I was connected to my home internet? Sorry im just really confused and worried incase I get a huge bill at the end of the month. Also I leave my phone connected to the Mobile network (orange) and it automatically connects to my home WiFi when it's in range, When im not using the phone for browsing, does it still charge me because im connected to it still or does it not? I've been on the orange website and nothing seems to answer my questions! It's useless! I would appreciate any hep you can give me. Thankyou :D

If it was indeed definately going over wi-fi, it won't come from your data allowance.

You won't get a huge bill, 500MB of data on a blackberry is quite alot because they compress the data down.

does it still charge me because im connected to it
Connected to what? the mobile network? no. you are only charged [from your data allowance] when you actually use a data service. i.e. browsing, facebook, receiving email.
