I assume the product is defective. It worked for 1 day perfectly. It was connected to a Pearl. I have tried holding up volume, fm, and center for four seconds many times. No result. No lights. I pressed the master reset on the back. Nothing happens. I have tried holding the center for 1 second 3 second and 4 seconds. Hundreds of tries. Nothing. Only light is the battery light while charging. Red turns to green. That is it.
