Did you drop it or get it wet?

What did you do just before it happened - change settings, install app or theme?

Have you tried a battery pull?

Is the battery charged?

The BlackBerry smartphone does not turn on, and the BlackBerry smartphone light-emitting diode (LED) flashes twice, pauses, and then repeats.

This behavior indicates that no applications are installed on the BlackBerry smartphone.

Read this from RIM

KB04596-BlackBerry smartphone does not turn on and the LED flashes
