Default Reload OS to factory everything

Please Login to Remove!

I'm selling my old Storm on eBay and I'm having trouble getting the OS completely clean. I've cleared all my data and reloaded the OS through Desktop Manager v6 but I still have some issues.

I'm trying to get the device to the state it was in when it was brand new.

1. I removed Blackberry Maps and some other things and I can't seem to get those reloaded.
2. My phone number is still on the phone screen.

I've done several security wipes and I've reloaded the OS by installing the latest exe on my PC and updating the device.

Thanks.

It looks like that just resets the factory settings. I want to completely reload the factory OS like the apps and everything.

Thanks.
