Okay so I got a att 9700 yesterday and everything works fine with the phone but when I registered my email to the phone I keep getting this message every so often through text from a 3020. I still get my emails and everything though. I attached a picture of the message. Thank you in advance.

I don't know -- maybe someone will answer who does know -- but when you say you registered your email, exactly what did you do?

Do you have a blakckberry data plan? And did you set up email through the setup wizard on the device or using your carrier's web portal? If not, what did you do?

Yeah I have all the required plans data and all that. On my old 8520 I never got this message but on the 9700 I am. I went through the e-mail wizard and transferred to the 9700.

Beats the heck out of me then.

If it were me, I'd be looking at the email service website and my personalized settings, see if there is something there that makes any sense. But I guess you've done that? . . . Are you set to receive alerts when you have a new message in your inbox?

Yeah me too I don't know what it is it's just annoying haha. I don't receive alerts or anything when I get e-mails. Hopefully it goes away or someone knows what the problem is. Thank you for your response though. I really appreciate it.

See what others say.

Did you try contacting the email service to ask?

I don't think it is something on the blackberry side of things. My guess is it is the email service.

Believe this has the answer:
Text Message: OZemail - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com

Draven remembers the two first principles of troubleshooting: Battery pull, and SEARCH!

Okay I have a new question now. When I try to browse the internet with my medianet browswer I get a forbidden error 403 I believe but I can browse with the regular browser. Anyone know what the problem might be? I did a battery pull and it didn't work. Thanks in advance.
