Default Problem with my Blackberry curve 8900

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I don't understand what happen to my phone, as soon as i took it out of the bag, it is completley black as if someone had turned it off. I tried turning it on again but it won't work. SO i removed the battery out for 30 seconds and putting it back again and finally the screen turned white with a tiny black box, sort of like a clock. It stays that way for about an minute or so than it seems normal again. But I can't seem to get into my blackberry since i have a password on it. I try putting my password in but the keys doesn't seem to be responding, neither is the scroll ball. I tried many ways to reset it but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a clue how to fix it?

Is this a brand new phone? Did you charge the battery fully before attempting to use it?

Did you drop it?

Get it wet?

What about any new applications or themes?

If you are using a microSD media card, remove it and see what happens.
