We have a BES 4.0 server, Exchange 2003, and 7230 handsets, the issue is that my director had made 2 calendar entries in his outlook with sync across to the blackberry.

These entries are for the same date and are for a period of 5 days (exactly the same date) the issue is if you want to view these entries within the Week view in the blackberry handset, you will only see the first entry and not the second entry.

Can anyone help please?

When he setup the appiontment in outlook looks like he checked the box labled all day event. Un-check that and reconcile now. Should fix the change, worked over here.
