Default Flag for follow-up not working with Blackberry 8520 and BIS

Hi there - have trawled the web but cannot find an answer to this... any help much appreciated!...

My client have several 8520's connected using BIS (Vodafone) to an Exchange server.

We've found that when setting the flag for follow-up on Outlook it does not propagate this to the handheld. In addition, if the flag is set on the handheld it does not propagate to Outlook/Exchange.

Speaking to level 2 Vodafone tech support (not that helpful) the rep just says it "sometimes works". He suggested updating the device software.

Does anyone know if syncing of the follow-up flags is actually supported by BIS <> Exchange, or is an enterprise server needed for this?

That's a BES feature. Won't work with BIS.
