Default problem with e-mail folders

Please Login to Remove!

i had set up my BB to receive 3 e-mail accounts. When I received an e-mail it would appear in the relevant folder and in the messages folder.
However after a recent problem involving reloading the operating system and restoring settings the messages will now only appear in the messages folder.
I can't find any way to change this- probably missing something obvious.
Any suggestions?

Log into your BIS account and re-send your service books.

I don't know if other Virgin mobile UK users have trouble logging into their BIS account, but it never seems to recognise me.
Anyway phoned Virgin who advised that I delete all my accounts and set them up again- this fixed the problem. I just thought there might have been an easier way to do it.

Thanks for the advice anyway
