Default Help....memory dropping

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I use a BB Bold 9000 with OS 5.0. Lately, I have been noticing the file free memory dropping from some 24MB down to 0 in a matter of 3-4 days. This slows down my BB. Have just a few apps like LinkedIn, Facebook,
Could anyone help me with a solution...PK.

I'm assuming you are not putting media in main memory, and you are not getting 24MB in messages and calendar and address book entries in a couple days. And I'm assuming the memory is recovered when you do a battery pull. If that's true, then what other apps have you installed, especially anything immediately or shortly before you noticed this? I'm think memory leak from a poorly written app.

Step 1. Hit alt+esc and make sure that not have your non core apps are running in the background. Shut off Bluetooth when not in use
