In BIS, find the BT email account you're having this issue with and deselect "Synchronize Deleted Items"
At the moment, BIS can "fully sync" with certain types of BIS account. i.e. you delete the message on BB, that pushes back to BIS, which pushes through to BT and deletes the "master copy" of message on BT servers. Then you fire up Outlook, which can't download the message, bc it has been deleted.
From your message, you want to manage deletions from the Outlook client, not BB.
So deselct "Synchronize Deleted Items" on Vodafone's BIS site, and it will all be good. Anything deleted on BB will just go from there and BIS, not the BT inbox, and next time you start Outlook it can download all messages.
