Default address book search slowwww

Please Login to Remove!

I have a couple of users who were on 7230's and now they are on 7290's but either way, it seems as though once we upgraded our BES to the 4.0 the address book search got painfully slow for them.

It doesnt happen on my Blackberry but I have witnessed it and tried to search on their devices (they have about 1500 contacts) and the DTMF or whatever seems to hang and pause and just take much longer than did before.

Any clues or ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Andrea
