We are using BES with Exchange/Outlook. I can no longer reply to e-mail with the BB. I get the "save draft" option only.
I have been reading through the posts and this is what I have tried to do to correct the problem so far:
1) Enterprise Activation - Tried to re-activate
2) Service Books - Deleted Desktop CMIME, undelete, re-register
3) Regenerated new encryption key - Synched with desktop
4) Sent my PIN # to my BB - Successful but still can't reply to e-mail
Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks in advance,
