Default my blackberry bbm not working

Please Login to Remove!

i just bought a blackberry 9000 bold and the bbm is not working they told me i need to put internet service on my phone, also when i try to use sync my computer with the phone is saying something about format my media card which i do but keep saying the same i can't transfer my pics and music from computer to phone.
any help is welcome

Welcome to the group.

First of all, this is not a text messaging forum. You will get a lot more help if you use some punctuation and capitalization in your posts. As it is now, your post is difficult to read.

You need a BB data plan for all of the RIM related services, including BBM and email.

Do you have media turned on? Can you put the SD card in your PC and move the files that way?
