I've been doing a search on this and have yet to find an answer. I have a user who is unable to read encrypted messages on the Blackberry 7290. Messages are coming from an Exchange 2k3 Server, not running a BES. Is there any way to change this from occurring so that the user can read her encrypted email from users? TIA.
As an addendum, messages are encrypted using Outlook's digital signatures and encryptions.
