Default Shared Contact Folder or Push Contacts Solution?

I have 26 new users. many of which don't use a PC at all, now just Bberry. Is there a way for me to push out a public contacts folder to the entire group. We have a BES. also Exchange 2003.

Lookup works for email address from GAL, but we have more contact details that would be useful to be kept up-to-date on the devices.

Any solutions to this? We have experimented with .vcf files, but clunky to have to save 35 of these

I'm not sure how exchange works, but with Novell GroupWise, we can only choose from the user's list of address books. So it makes it difficult to push some "standard" contacts to the blackberry. I've been bugging RIM about it since we started up with the beta program and hope they will develop some kind of solution for it.
