Default Lotus Notes Groups to BB Address Book?

It appears that you can create and maintain address groups in Lotus Notes but they do not transfer to the BlackBerry address book. Likewise, the groups on the BlackBerry don't transfer to Lotus Notes.
Any ideas?

PS. If this isn't the right forum, please move. -thanks

Wow, you are right, I just noticed that my Notes groups are not on my BlackBerry.

Dumb question here maybe, but does the ACL for the Groups object include the BES Admin user?

Angry From Blackberry Support....

Thank you for contacting BlackBerry Technical Support. The BlackBerry Enterprise Server does not support synchronizing with Lotus Notes Address Book Groups at this time.
