Thumbs down Why the **** does BBM not work?

I just got my BlackBerry today and sorted myself out with a BlackBerry data plan. I understand this is to use BBM.
The o2 guy that did this for me said it would take effect by 12 o clock (midnight). It is now 12:18... Am I just meant to wait it and it will all magically connect to the internet etc. or am I meant to set it up manually?

Did you get an activation message saying it had been activated?

Maybe you should call the carrier and find out?

Wow, so you waited 18 minutes after the time he said and you think it's a big problem? Any time a customer support person gives you a time, it is an ESTIMATE.

19 minutes would be too long but 18 should be ok.
