Hello all,

I need some help with some email settings. My dad just got a BB 9700 and he needs some help. I set up his AOL email account on the phone for him without problem. The issue is that the messages that get delivered to his blackberry, once he reads them, are taken off of the AOL server and don't show up when he logs into AOL from his computer. How do I prevent this from happening?

Sounds like you need to talk to AOL. I don't think it is a BB problem. One thing to do when you delete, select "Delete from handheld".
