my blackberry is unable to connect to the internet provided by my service provider,what do i do about it pls?

Contact your Service Provider. Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account?
Who is your carrier?

You'd have to be more specific - are you getting error messages like "Activation required" - can you make phone calls? Can you send SMS? etc...
