Default Problems with appworld

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all

I have just received my BB today (8520) but I am having problems accessing apps via appworld. I have created an account for blackberry which I have email confirmation for but everytime I try to use the appworld on my BB it just takes me to Account Information screen which already has my info in and I do not see a way to get past it!!!

do you have a blackberry Data plan? If not it wont work.

Hi there

@tsac - Yes I have a dataplan, it is a new contract I have taken out with my phone carrier which cancelled out my old one.

@John Clark - Just had a look on the web at the page. On a browser from my PC I see the log in option, however on the BB browser the log in option is not there!!

I'm just updating my BB (Which I have already done once!) as I have just noticed in the BB desktop software, in the application summary further updates were pending so will see how it goes after yet another update.

Well Im not sure where the problem was but all is ok here now. After updating my BB things were still the same so I created a new BB profile and confirmed my paypay (which I had already done on my previous account) after which all appears to be good and I have successfully downloaded an application.
