my mom sent me a BB 9500 from the UK and i cant use BBM because i dont have a password from the system administrat or or something.. .i cant even register it when i do so over host routing table.it just says message sent and nothing happens!!! please help ? im currently staying in prague, czech republic... .. nothing works,even BES,mail thingies and my network provider does not know anything on how to help me....i use vodafone CZ

First of all, you need a BB data plan from your cell carrier. Do you have that?
