it hung in middle of
net_rim_bb_phone_resoure.cod

been that way close to an hour and a half
i am afraid to disconnect and start again cause my BB will be bricked

any advice ?

By now you must have pulled the plug so it's a good chance the BB has an error message. If not your very lucky. If it has a problem, try the following.

do a search for JL_CMDR on this site and follow the instructions.
