So here's my problem:

I got my self a blackberry on a contract in England, then very soon after ended up moving to Turkey. So now I'm using that blackberry with a turkish Pay and Go sim. The phone is registered to the Turkish network etc. but I still have a rather annoying problem... If a contact calls me, their details don't show on the screen, only their number. So for example when my girlfriend calls me (from her turkish phone), only her number comes up, not her name. However if someone from england calls me, their details come up. Also unless I save a turkish number in my phonebook with a turkish country code, if I try to call it, my phone automatically but the English country code infront of the Turkish number - obviously yeilding fruitless results.

I suppose the phone still thinks it's in England... any advice is much apreciated
