Hello. I have a Sprint BB Tour and have had nothing but problems with it. Every time I do a battery pull I get the error message uncaught exception index 4 4. I went into the log to see what was causing the error and it says net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(4BBEAB93). I went through the steps to turn off address book sync, did battery pull again and got the same error. Please someone help, this phone is driving me insane. I have the correct OS, no updated available. Have already backed up/restored with no fix.

Try removing any groups you created in the address book. Otherwise you'll probably need to re-install the OS. Sounds like something got corrupted.
