Unhappy PROBLEM..please read.

Please Login to Remove!

Recently, im not sure what happened to my Blackberry Tour, my phone keeps sending and recieving something and its draining my battery. Fully charged it lasts 3 hours before it was at least 14 hours. Please someone tell me whats happening to my phone. Top right corner of my phone it keeps showing the arrows and im sure its sending and receiving "data"? Please help me out.

Edit: I forgot to say that I've tried turning off my radio, it would stop for a couple of mins but then continue. Ive taken out my battery multiple times and still nothing.

I've had that happen with a device when no apps were running in the background.

When you take the battery out, how long do you leave it out? I'd try at least 10 minutes, if not longer.

I think with one device, I had to reload the OS (completely wipe the device using JL_CMDER and then reload the OS). Was a bit drastic, but nothing else worked. Even removing all 3rd party applications.
No longer a BES Admin, but it was fun while it lasted!

I would try what juwaack said first but other than that it does sound like it could be an app, the arrows in the top right dont really help as they flicker on and off all day long. Good luck!
