Default Synch two devices on one computer with Outlook and....?

Please Login to Remove!

(I've google my questions but I haven't found anything satisfying so I'm gonna ask here)

My girlfriend synchs her bberry with Outlook Calendar and contacts.

I've added my device with Destkop Software.

First question, will this cause problems for her? I set her device to keep synching with Outlook Calendar/Contacts, but it's not doing so automatically as it used to before I added my device.

Second question, is there a way for me to synch with a different email application, like Gmail or Google Calendar? Am I obligated to create a different Outlook account? If it is possible, how can it be done? Is there an easy to follow tutorial out there? And lastly, what's the best application to replace Outlook?

Thank you...

DM is not doing a auto sync because it knows there are two BB available. be careful of the question on switch BB. Always say no. Obviously you do not have a PC. As for doing a sync with gmail or another supported email app. It should not be an issue but be careful of options etc.
