I am facing problem regarding my BB internet service.. I was able to use my BB service with my other network, but now I already changed to a new network and already activated my bb service. Before I can access to the bb service/internet there are several procedures I need to follow like the Host routing table-> register now but the thing is I can not access, it says that registration queued it will be sent once data coverage is available. I already contacted with my old network and request for termination of my IMEI and PIN and they already did it. And again I tried to register and it appears to be the same message I received. and I also contacted my existing network and they told me that there's no problem about my internet connection or BB service. Do you think it is the phone that has a problem or the network?? and how can I use my BB service without buying BB phone? thanks

This doesn't need a poll, you need technical help.

1. Does the new carrier (Sun?) allow non-Sun branded devices on their network? Many CDMA networks like Verizon and Sprint do not. I am not sure about Sun.

2. If yes to 1), Is the device unlocked for use on another carrier?
