Hello to all,

When I send a text to a number from my contact list a +1 is being added to the number so of course it is failing.

It was initially doing it with voice calls as well but I realised that i had to go Options>Smart Dialing and change the Country Code. That solved the problem with voice calls but not with texts.

If I manually enter a number for a text message there is no problem, only when I go from contacts.

The numbers appear correctly in the contacts.

I have tried putting the C. Code as Australia and as "unknown" both solve the problem with voice but not SMS.

As I need to regularly send text messages to groups of people it would be a real pain to have to manually enter all their details.

I have found the problem. I just needed to modify the "Nation Number Length".
All is working well now PHEW!
