Since changing from an 8900 to a 9300, we have an odd issue.
Emails reach the device as before, apart from one source(which did used to work and still does on another 8900)
We have a booking script on our website which uses PHP to send an email through to us. Since swapping to the 9300, the booking messages don't even make it to the handset - no errors, no trace, nothing. However, it does get to the account as outlook will show it in the inbox. Emailing thy address from a mail client works also but the messages from php script refuse
to actually show on the device.
1)why does a message not get to the phone, others do - no filters setup. Imap account configured on BIS, tried battery pull and resetting account up,
2) is ther a log to see where and why the email is not showing in inbox on the device?
3) it's a multipart HTML / plain email, are there issues with this type on the 9300?
