Hi..My BB froze up after upgrading an application from BB App World. Pulled out the battery, let it reboot and still no luck. Tried for like 100th times! There is a message of the new app but I still can't do anything with the device. Not even make or receive calls.
Should I just go to the service provider and ask them to fix it somehow?

What App?
You can try using JL_cmdr to restore it to factory and using your backup reload your contacts etc. Until you figure out which App caused this I would not reload any.
