can anyone help. i get emails to my hotmail account (can check on a desktop and they are there) but they come through to my blackberry sporadically. sometimes instantly, sometimes delayed by up to two hours and sometimes in batches (3 at once etc). I thought the blackberry was meant to get emails instantly. this is very frustrating - can anyone help please

How is the signal strength on your phone?

Also model BlackBerry and OS are you running?

May want to try resending your service books from either the email setup icon or from the BIS webpage. Possibly a battery pull if you have not done already.

Are you running the latest OS?
