Hey guys!

I'm rockin' and new bb 9780 and lovin' it! One small problem- the keys tend to stick a bit. When I hit a key it will often (not always) type a letter twice, ie 'cann' instead of 'can', 'tyype' instead of 'type' etc.

Can anyone recommend a way to fix this? Is it software or hardware? I don't wanna return my berry. I'm all set up otherwise.

Sometimes a new cell phone including a BB will take a bit to "break" in and then the keys will work better. Not sure how new this BB is but if you use it a lot and this does not clear up before the warrantee period is up have it replaced. As I suggested this is normal but some never work in.
It may also take you a bit to get used to the keys.
Your post indicates a 9780 but your info states 9700. If so, please update the model.
