| Have YOU ever tried to contact them? I'm not being smart, I'm just asking because that would SEEM like a reasonable thing to do. They have FAQs, a mail-in pdf form you can fill out, blogs you can comment on if you register with google or facebook, etc.
The one thing they don't have listed is a "support@steelthorn.com" address, or a "contact us" link anywhere on their webpages. Royal PITA.
I wish like hell I'd never tried to upgrade. |
