Default Partial Transfer to New Device

Please Login to Remove!

I am changing jobs. I have a 9700 with BES at my current company.

Yesterday I got my new Torch 9800 and I want to transfer Contacts, PassWord Keeper Data, BBMessenger contacts, Memopad notes from my old phone to my new phone. My new phone is BIS.

I'm concerned that if I just use the device switcher wizard that I will end up transferring the BES settings and other things that I don't want on my new phone.

What is the best way to do this?

You should do a backup to your computer of your 9700, then do a partial restore of the 9800 from that backup. Under "advanced" you can select the data bases to import to the new device.
