Default Need link to download Rogers My Account

Since the geniuses at Rogers can't even manage to make their Account Info app searchable on Google, does anyone have the direct link?

Thx!

What account info are you asking about? Is it the rogers.blackberry.net email account? If so, then there is no way. The only way to read and send email from that account is on the BB itself. And when you switch carriers or cancel your BIS account, that account goes away.

I am pretty sure what you are referring to is in a service book. Resend service books and you should get it, but all it really is a Bookmark link to the address Motorcycle Mama posted.

I'm actually just trying to reinstall the Rogers My Account app that I had before I upgraded to OS6... endless searches on Google come up basically empty, including the Rogers App page where they offer My Account but only for Android, Symbian & iPhone (with a web page for BB). Bizarre. I know I can access the info via web but I prefer the little applet.

I'll try resending service books as Tom suggests, maybe it'll magically appear.

Thx

In your Browser Bookmarks there should a link for Rogers My Account and from there you can install it. I installed this from my TMO provider but never worked so finally I am using there web/wap based site and works fine.

On my old non-rogers BlackBerry, whenever I remove the Sim card and turn the phone on and then off and put the Sim card back in, I get all these new icons on my BlackBerry from Rogers. And I'm talking about things that were never part of the original BlackBerry phone image. So maybe give that a try.
