Default Blackberry Desktop Software

Please Login to Remove!

When I download Blackberry Desktop Software 6.0 and open it immediately, the software works fine. However, when I close and attempt to open it again, I get the message "Desktop Manager Encountered a Problem and Needs to Close. Sorry for the Inconvenience." I've removed the software and reinstalled several times and get the same result. Any ideas?

Try a clean install of DM:

I've done a complete removal and clean install of DM 3 times and still get the same message. Again, I can start the program up fine just after installing but when I close it and attempt to start it again I get that error message.

And which version of the Bold? And please update your profile with the model number, not the name. Thanks

Try DM version 5 and see if that works.

hii my phone doesnt connect to bb dm it gets charged where as it doesnt get any indications of connected to computer in de laptop
