When I charge my blackberry while it's on, my LED stays red. & when I take it off the charger, it turns off but when I tilt the phone, I still see a little bit of red. Is it supposed to be like that?

Tilt the phone? maybe your seeing a reflection of the plastic around the LED.

I'm not sure if it's a reflection, I just see a red light at the sides of the LED.

Unless it's fully lit I would not worry about it.
