| Re: Blackberry Won't Turn On Lithium-ion batteries don't like to be drained to zero power. You'll have to try to recharge it often till it manages to break though and finally recharge the battery. My laptop was in storage for over a year, and it reached that zero point for months. It took me days of plugging, leaving it on for few hours, then unplugging and again till it finally recharged. The battery lost around 40 minutes of run time permanently but its better than zero forever.
When leaving a device for long term storage, ALWAYS remove the battery.
