I have to look after six calendars in work for room bookings and i was wondering if there is anyway to synch them all to my blackberry, each room has it's own calendar and outlook account, so that when I away from office I can see what is coming up

Yep, the best way is to have ALL six email accounts pushed to your BlackBerry. Do you?
Or, are those six different email accounts in Outlook, or just six different Outlook calendars?

I have been using the Tungle app available on the Blackberry App World. Doesn't have the greatest tech support and takes some getting used to, but this will probably do the job for you. The entire purpose is to bring together and sync multiple calendars. They do not even have to be on Outlook.

I use multiple profiles in Outlook with various email addresses and I do not have a problem.
