I have a blackberry 8330 curve on the sprint network. I am thinking that I would like to delete everything I have put on the phone EXCEPT my contacts. It has been running very slow lately. I also have been experiencing problems with my facebook app and my emails. My text messages keep disappearing also, I can find them again with a search, but they wont remain current after I go back later. If I had somewhere I could save my contacts to reload them later I would do that also. I'm just tired of all the issues I'm having. Also I did install an 8gb card when I first got the phone about a year ago, but I wouldn't think that would be the problem because all the issues just started recently. My ultimate goal is to get the emails, facebook app, and the speed working correctly again. Thanks for any help anyone can give, also if this isn't the right place to ask these questions, please direct me to the correct location.

Install Desktop Manager on your PC. You can get it from http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/

Take a full backup of your BB

Wipe the device

Restore your contacts to the BB

Add and reconfigure all other apps from scratch



That should do what you have said you would like to achieve.
