Question how to transfer photos or videos to laptop if usb is not working!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone,

I have a blackberry bold 9700 and I've been anxious to transfer some photos that i have to my laptop but i can't transfer it at all!!!!

I installed the CD that came with this blackberry already and I plugged the usb into the laptop, but nothing showed up... I meant whenever i plug anything into my usb, a file open and it says "open files to view" but nothing showed up!!!!

I can't even find the microSDTM slot to save my pictures, where is it???? It's not in the back of the battery is it? Cause i opened the battery up and there's no space to put the SD card.

Please help, thank you

Is the MicroSD card formtatted? Also if its opening the pop-up then def its detecting the device.
So if the file are on device then you can go to folder name starting with Device....
Also I have to deal with a bb where USB port was broken so I ended up creating a blogspot and posted all the pics there and downloaded from there.
Good luck.

You can also transfer your photos with bluetooth from the file manager, but it takes time as you have to do one picture at a time.

The SD card is on the top under the battery door.

i finally found out where my 2gb micro SD card is stored... in the back of the blackberry but the blackberry keep saying "a media card is not presently inserted in" but i have taken it out and inserting it in at least 10x already!!! It won't save anything to the media card at all... I don't know why it is not working and every time i hook the usb cable to my laptop, my laptop is not able to recognize it at all and won't open any file for me to view. Please help, thank you.
