I am having problems sync'ing my emails on the handheld with the online account. When I read my emails on my computer, then still they show as unopened on the BB. However if I read them on BB they show as opened on the computer. So it seems like it is doing one-way sync. Reconcile now does not work at all.
I have two email accounts. I have a yahoo account which can synch both ways however my work account (server: IMAP) has this one-way synch problem. I have a BB 9300 Curve and I am using BIS but not BES.
As a final note, both of my accounts were working fine until I installed Google Sync. After that my work account started having this sync problem. I deleted Google Sync, did wipe out on the BB, sent the service books, turned on and off many times and deleted and created the accounts. None of these worked.
I would appreciate any kind of help!
