Default BB MMS Issue

Please Login to Remove!

I have a wee problem. I had a picture sent to my phone as a mms and i would like to send it to a friend via bluetooth but can't seem to see an option to do this. Also it has a padlock on the picture and when i connect the phone to my pc i dont get to view that specific picture on my pc. I did see something about rem files and how they can't be viewed on any windows or mac system

How do I get this mms to forward?

You did not say what type of photo but here's some info.

BlackBerry smartphones are capable of supporting Open Mobile Alliancexxx8482; (OMA) Digital Rights Management (DRM) 1.0 forward locked content, as per the OMA specifications. This type of DRM content is delivered using Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) or Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) methods.

When OMA DRM 1.0 forward locked content is displayed in the BlackBerry® Browser, the BlackBerry smartphone user can save or view a full image within the inline content similar to the way non-DRM inline content is displayed.

When the content is linked directly and not displayed inline, the BlackBerry smartphone user receives a message indicating that the content can only be saved. If the BlackBerry smartphone user clicks the Cancel button or presses the Escape key while this message is displayed, the content is opened automatically. The BlackBerry smartphone user can save the content after it has been opened.

Hey, Thanks for the info on OMA DRM. That was the bit I am lost on. As regards the Bluetooth I appreciate you making me realize that I am a BB Support person and I assure you I know how to work that, but still appreciate your help.

I hope the community is there not only to support normal people but als the support guys like myself. I appreciate the help. OMA DRM was a good piece & thats pointed me in the right direction. Thanks!
