Hello Blackberry experts.

We have made a beta program in order to test the bluetooth pairing features with some blackberry devices. Our Java program (J2ME) is very simple. It uses the method authenticate() from the javax.bluetooth.RemoteDevice class.

When we execute the program in several blackberry devices, the Pin Request Screen from operative system is showed to the user. If user doesn´t make anything the screen stands for 30-40 seconds and after it dissapears. However, for my Blackberry-8520 the Pin Request Screen stands only for 5-6 seconds and after it dissapears. It is very strange. It is very difficult to type the pin code in such as short time period over the 8520 model.

It´s blackberry 8520 (EDGE, WI-FI) v5.0.0.592, (Platform 5.2.0.64), (Kernel v3.8.5.85)

I want to know if there are other 8520 users with this problem. If so, also I want to know if there are other blackberry models with the problem. Any solution from the Blackberry experts?
