Hi,

This has been driving me mad. I upgraded to V5.0.0.681 (Platform 5.2.0.67)

I can flag emails for follow up and when I go to Alt F to see flagged emails, it does nothing???

My colleagues have the same (however theres came with the new version already on it) and it works on theres???

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a battery pull yet?

If the battery pull doesn't work perhaps the search was not restored.

Next time you are in your inbox hit the menu choose search, set the criteria you want hit the menu key again, choose save and assign the search to the letter "f"
