Default Rebooting Issues

I have a BB 9650. Always able to reboot in about 5 minutes. Now the bar stops about 60% and doesn't move for 15 minutes. Any help would be appreciated

I have been having this same problem with my Tour 9630 for about a day now. I tried to uninstall an app and so my phone began to reboot but it never reboots all the way, only about 2/3. I have removed the battery a couple of times to see if this would fix the problem but it does not. I have also tried connecting to my desktop manager but nothing has worked so far...does anybody have any suggestions to fix this? it would be greatly appreciated.

I followed your link and one of the requirements is a PC but I have a Mac...are there similar steps for a Mac I can find somewhere?

I don't know anything about Mac's.

Try and boot in safe mode. See KB17877-How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in safe mode. If you can, at least do a full backup. Then delete any recent apps and/or themes you suspect could be a culprit.

And by the way, did you try removing the micro SD card, if your are using one?
