For anyone interested...by installing ScreenShot I can now take a pic without the shutter noise. You turn your camera on and click on whatever convenience key you set up for the screenshot. It will take the pic of what the camera had onscreen. Looks like a real picture. Just thot I'd share.

Thank you! I was wondering if there was a way to remove the shutter sound but keep forgetting to look for it!

There are few free apps to do screen shot on your BlackBerry available on the web. My choice would be Capture it.
