Default How do I clear my BB to unlock it

Please Login to Remove!
Bought a BB online with the intentions of unlocking it, so I could use it Overseas, but the person that had it, tried to unlock it and failed too many times and all of the chances to unlock it are gone,so I am unable to unlock it. Is there a way to restore my BB so I can unlock.

Once they reach the max attempts and fail, it cannot be unlocked.
