I currently have Tour, and I want to upgrade, but it seems that Blackberry Style 9670 seems better than the Blackberry Bold 9650 from all the reviews because of its newer OS, 5mp camera, and processor. The only real downside is no SIM slot when I travel, but other than that I don't understand why its only $99 and the Bold is $199.

or should i wait because I read somewhere that the Torch will be coming to Sprint.

The 9670 is a clamshell design, the 9650 the standard "bar" design.
So its really a choice of if you like flip phones.

so could one say they are both upper level phones? Unlike the such as the Curve which is slotted more as an entry level blackberry.
